This is my third stay and definitely not my last in this Awesome hotel, and before a list my review of the place, I want to send my thanks and gratitude to Mr. Ahmad for his professional hospitality. Below is my first review or the hotel which is the same: First obvious thing, the location is of course an A++, connected to Avenues Mall, from your room to the mall. The rooms are clean, well furnished, with excellent view of the bay area. Breakfast on the Second floor, don’t miss that. Since it is connected to the Mall, you can enjoy other breakfast options from a lot of restaurants in the mall, however, keep in mind most of them open around 8:30 am. The pool is very nice and it is good for kids as well, the view from the pool area is also something else. The TV size is also an A+ with a lot of channels to choose from, for adults and kids alike. Valet parking service is also very good (now with daily cost) Very friendly staff, service with a smile… In General, you can enjoy everything in the mall and don’t worry about anything else as your room is just a walking distance...

The room is beautiful. The view of the sea is great. It was spacious. The staff were accommodating. Any request to the room was met in short time. Actually it was the best hotel in that matter. All requests were met very fast. The ability to book a guaranteed connecting room was amazing. It’s a struggle that we deal with in other hotels. Breakfast in the restaurant was great

The hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to access key attractions in the area. The service at breakfast was outstanding, especially Jafar, who truly went above and beyond his role. He was incredibly welcoming and made the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offered a holiday season discount on breakfast and offered chocolate with Arabic coffee during checkin, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Most importantly we did not wait for the room to be ready.

This is my fourth stay and definitely not my last in this Awesome Hotel. Before a list my review of the place, I want to send my thanks and gratitude to Mr. Ahmad for his professional hospitality, no words can give justice to the generosity and hospitality he showed me and my family as we stayed for a week this time. The same gratitude is also sent to all the staff working in this hotel, thank you all we really enjoyed it. Location excellent and the view from the room amazing. The breakfast was very good (great coffee) to cover every taste and all staff members I met were very helpful, friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

The staff is so friendly and they're serving you fast and with a smile The beds are comfortable and the room size is good compared to other hotels The food variety are good and tasty The location is perfect and connected to avenue mall which is great

Hilton is honored to have staff like the ones I dealt with from reception, housekeeping and others. They were all extremely kind! In short, we had an issue with the rooms we were given and without any delay they offered us an upgrade which made our stay more wonderful. Below is my first review or the hotel which is the same: First obvious thing, the location is of course an A++, connected to Avenues Mall, from your room to the mall. The rooms are clean, well furnished, with excellent view of the bay area. Breakfast on the Second floor, don’t miss that. Since it is connected to the Mall, you can enjoy other breakfast options from a lot of restaurants in the mall, however, keep in mind most of them open around 8:30 am. The pool is very nice and it is good for kids as well, the view from the pool area is also something else. The TV size is also an A+ with a lot of channels to choose from, for adults and kids alike. Valet parking service is also very good, you order your car by WhatsApp, nice. Very friendly staff, service with a smile… In General, you can enjoy everything in the mall and don’t worry about anything else as your room is just a walking distance.
